Copier Rental
Rental covers everything in one monthly fee - equipment, delivery, toner, parts and service - on a term as short as 30 days. Need something shorter? Daily, weekly and convention rentals are also available for trade shows, conferences and one-off events, priced as a flat job rather than a monthly rate. Use it when you cannot commit to a lease: a job site, a temporary office, a seasonal spike, a trial before purchase, or a gap while a leased machine is replaced.
Delivery and pickup, installation and network setup, all toner for the duration, all parts and labor, and preventative maintenance. There is nothing to buy separately except paper. If the machine fails we replace it rather than repair it on a long timeline, because a rental customer usually has a deadline.
Not every job needs a 30-day rental. Trade shows, conferences, conventions, product launches and one-day corporate events can rent by the day or the week instead, delivered and set up before doors open and picked up as soon as the event ends. Convention and trade show rentals typically include on-site delivery to the venue, a technician on standby for the duration if the event calls for it, and pickup the same day the show closes.
These short jobs are priced as a flat rate for the dates you need rather than a monthly rate, so ask for a quote against your specific dates and venue rather than assuming the standard 30-day pricing applies.
Construction and project sites that exist for eight months. Legal teams staffing up for a trial. Accounting firms through tax season. Offices between locations, or waiting on a build-out. Organizations that want to run a machine for ninety days before committing to five years on it. Event and conference production. Disaster recovery when an existing device is out of service.
If your need runs longer than about eighteen months, compare against copier leasing - past that point a lease is almost always cheaper per month.
Short-term rentals of 30 to 90 days generally require no credit application, just a purchase order or card on file. Terms of six months and longer are usually priced lower per month and may involve a short credit review. Rates depend on the machine, the term and the location.
Most of the catalog is available to rent, from a compact desktop multifunction device up to a floor-standing 45 page per minute colour machine. Production equipment can be rented but needs more lead time and a site survey for power and floor loading.

For a standard rental it's 30 days. For trade shows, conventions and one-off events we also offer daily and weekly rentals, priced as a flat job for the dates you need rather than a monthly rate.
Yes. Convention and trade show rentals are delivered and set up at the venue before doors open and picked up the same day the event ends, with day and week terms available in addition to the standard 30-day rental. Tell us the venue, the dates and expected volume and we will quote it as a flat rate for the event.
Yes. Rental pricing includes all toner, all parts, all service labor and preventative maintenance. Paper is the only consumable you supply.
Not for short terms of 30 to 90 days, where a purchase order or a card on file is enough. Longer rentals may include a brief credit review because they are priced closer to lease rates.
On rentals of six months or longer we will usually credit a portion of what you have paid against the purchase or lease of the same machine. Ask for it to be written into the rental agreement at the start rather than negotiated at the end.
In the South Florida area, often within one to two business days for stocked models. Elsewhere in Florida, typically three to five business days depending on the machine and the destination.
Give us a start date, an end date and a city, and we will confirm availability and a monthly rate, usually the same business day.
